KHI Etudes was originally founded by Philippe Bernard, a veteran with more than more than 650 projects and 15 years of experience in market research under his belt.
KHI Etudes considers every customer and every request as being unique, and every strategy embarked upon is a new challenge.
By definition, therefore, all the projects we handle require us to adopt an AD HOC approach. Indeed, forming close partnerships is vital to the success of every project, and we consider every project from a number of standpoints:

- Analysis of the situation and general context;
- Research and proposal of the project's precise aim(s);
- Selection of methodology (type of research, type of collection, production of questionnaires, etc.);
- Definition of samples (sampling method and size, selection criteria, etc.);
- Description of the service supply (training, recruitment, briefing, monitoring in the field, inspection, processing type, reporting, timescales, etc.).

With this information KHI Etudes is able to intercede at any level - or indeed undertake the totality of the project if so required:

- Prior consideration and construction of the request - Creation of questionnaires;
- Recruitment of interviewers, singing off and handing-over of questionnaires, in-field monitoring;
- Proofing, inspection and encoding of questionnaires;
- Creation of data input and questionnaire input forms and templates;
- Provision of two dimensional and multidimensional selections;
- Analysis of data and production of reports;
- Presentation of results and recommendations.
